IVANKA TRUMP: 30 THINGS YOU DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT HER

1. Her full and real name is Ivana Marie Trump, like her mother’s. She tweeted the explanation: “My actual name is Ivana. In Czech, Ivanka is the baby name for Ivana, like Bobby is to Robert.”

2. She was born in Manhattan on October 30, 1981.

3. She attended Chapin School in Manhattan, an exclusive all-girls day school — of which Jackie Kennedy was an alumna.

4. She attended high school at Choate Rosemary Hall, a boarding school in Wallingford, Connecticut. John F. Kennedy also went there.

5. She attended Georgetown University before transferring to the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with a B.S. in economics.

He was charged in 2012 with aggravated harassment of Trump and sentenced to to six months jail time, and five years of probation, during which he had to continue psychiatric treatment and medication. She met her husband Jared Kushner in 2007 at a business lunch set up by a commercial real estate broker who thought they could do deals together. “They very innocently set us up thinking that our only interest in one another would be transactional,” says Ivanka. “Whenever we see them we’re like, ‘The best deal we ever made!”

While her brand may have taken some hits with major retailers, one item that did very well was her fragrance. In February 2017, her perfume was a bestseller on Amazon.

29. In December 2016, a coffee with Ivanka Trump was offered as a prize on the website of a New York company called Charitybuzz. The money raised would go to a foundation led by her brother Eric to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital of Tennessee. The auction raised ethical concerns and was later removed without explanation.

30. She and her family moved to Washington’s Kalorama neighborhood in 2017. Some of her neighbours were not pleased. “No Parking” signs had appeared outside their house and Secret Service SUVs were taking up parking spots elsewhere on the block. Coincidentally, the neighbourhood is home to another presidential family — the Obamas.
